Keeping it inside, in a well lit room, but this flower used to be pink/purple but is now paled. What should I do? I mist the plant lightly every couple days.

Flowers are not permanent. The plant should be growing pups now that it’s done flowering. This is normal for Tillandsia. Hope that helps, and it probably needs more water than a light misting.
