Fungal infection? Overwatering?

Hi all, I’ve just started noticing these yellow areas popping up on some of my pothos’s leaves a few days ago, and I’m wondering if anyone might know what they are? Googling told me it was probably a fungal infection or overwatering, so before I go overboard with an antifungal lol, I was curious if anyone might know.

I water him about once a week, when his soil seems dry, though I didn’t this past week just in case this was overwatering. And he’s been growing very well otherwise.
