Just wanted to share my late grandmother’s garden with you guys! It was always very nice, and she took a lot of pride in her work. Sadly she lost her battle with the big C, and has moved on. Please excuse the photo quality, the picture was taken in the late 2000s.

Absolutely beautiful! She had quite the green thumb, didn’t she?

  2. So sorry for your loss 🥺You can tell it was her happy place🌻

I wish I had more pictures of my grandmother’s garden back in the 80s and 90s. Every time I smell roses warmed by the sun, it takes me back.
I think I now need to get some pictures of my mom’s gardens before she’s gone. Her gardens are more chaotic and native with the goal of edible and medicinal plants, but they are still so wonderful.

Edit: I forgot to say what a beautiful place your grandmother built. I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my grandparents over 10 years ago and still miss them deeply almost daily. It’s good to have such wonderful family to miss that much. ❤️
