Do I just leave it sit for 2-3 months?
I do have another compost bin that I will set up very soon too.
I also want to learn more about composting & ways to improve the soil, do you have a book, podcast or youtube channel that you recommend for beginners?

Do you plan on turning it or just a low maintenance leave it be pile? Either is fine but you may find more surprises with the second one.
