I’ve had this begonia geogoensis for a while now and it’s gotten very munched on by my cat as well as other issues. She is out of cat reach now but is ugly and the stem is getting long. If I cut it back completely to the base, will it grow back ok? I would prop the top as well

In my experience, they’ll do perfectly fine if you leave the main stem.
