Hey guys, wanted some opinions or advice. This is my first year gardening. I tried a little tomato experiment upstairs over the winter but didn’t amount to much. So right now this is what I’m working with. I’m in Utah 6a. I think first mistake was too much variety, I have 15 different varieties, outside I tried to keep them grouped up but in the greenhouse it’s like one plant of each variety, is that gonna be a big issue? Next I think I spaced things too close together, I’m planning on letting things go as much as possible but I’m gonna end up doing a few single leaders especially in the outside bed on the left side. Do you guys think it’s way too close or probably fine? I plan for chaos, I’m a chef I thrive in it. Which leads me to my next question, I own a coffee shop on this is an attempt at growing as much produce as possible for the shop, but also using this as social media content as I try to make the switch to I guess “partial” farm to table. I’m nervous to post progress because that little part of me thinks “what if I get no tomatoes and I showed off to everyone that I was gonna have all these amazing tomatoes? So don’t guys think this is crazy? I’m in over my head? I don’t know I just put a lot into it so far I’m hoping I can see it through. I’ll answer any questions not really sure how much info to put down on what exactly I’m doing

They look pretty crowded but there are ways to prune the plants so you can avoid future problems. You’ll want to be pretty 1s and 0s about watering and fertilizing to make any of this worth your while too.
Now that I’m done with the useful part…what in the fuck is around the potted ones? That looks like fiberglass insulation.
