My wife and i have had this plant for about a year now and we cannot keep the leaves from drooping , any suggestions? We think we may have overwatered it a bit, but have cut back on it and water it once every two weeks

Is it getting enough light? I would suggest putting it right next to a window in your sunniest spot of the house (or supplement with a grow light)

What’s the soil look like? Kind of hard to tell from the pic, but if it’s regular potting soil you might want to change it out for something more airy.
Also like the other guy said, if that’s a corner not directly next to a window, it wants more light.

This plants needs a lot of light to thrive. Preferably it should be directly in front of a bright window.
Be careful of watering on a schedule. Water when the soil is drying out. I stick bamboo skewers into my fiddle leaf for a bit then pull it out to see its moisture before watering.

Put them by a bright window

Can confirm it needs more light. I put a big grow light right above mine & the top leaves are perked up but the ones underneath (not getting that light) are droopy like this. Will have to figure something else out so don’t do what I did if you go the grow light route. The fiddle is the most finickly plant I have. It was drooping for months after I repotted it & lost half its leaves. I water mine about every 16 days so that’s good. If it’s in a place that has a draft the leaves can droop too but I would try more light first & it will take it’s sweet time perking back up, trust.

If you don’t have a window with a better light source, get grow lights.

I always thought they would get “sunburned ” leaves if in direct sun?
