Hey guys, I've had this terrarium for over a year and I'm worried about whether I'm taking care of it properly. The plants don't look the healthiest to me and the soil seems dry to the touch no matter how much I water it, what should I do?

That soil doesn’t look dry to me: it seems to be a spot in the last picture where you can see the wet soil sticking to the glass. As for the plants: the fittonia looks perfectly fine, the pothos/pothos looking one seems fine too.

So maybe the whole thing just needs a bit of a trim? Remove any leaves that don’t look nice, trim or take out any plants that aren’t doing too well/got too leggy/overgrown.

I’m also curious if you use a lid for this or not. If not then the soil on top might feel a bit dry when you touch it, but you always look at how it looks from the side: if it “sticks” to the glass then there is still moisture in it, it just collects at the bottom. Fittonia wil usually tell you straight away when the soil is getting dry, because they are dramatic divas 😉
