I got this fiddle leaf from Costco and noticed color changes to the ends of the leaves a few days ago. I don’t water often, only when soil is no longer damp. Last watered 3-4 days ago. Any advice?

Looks like root rot from overwatering. Pull it out and look at the rootball. Are the roots healthy or mushy?
