I have it sitting in my north facing window here at work for context. It gets a lot of indirect light from this and the west window in the office. It looked fine all week but came in the morning and it looks like it’s struggling with something. I’ve only had it for a week now and watered it last Monday when I got it so maybe it’s just over watered from the greenhouse and myself and only showing signs now? Proximity to the window making a difference?

Looks like overwatering to me.
I think either someone else is watering this without you knowing as this looks severely overwatered and drowning or someone is opening the window and cold air is blowing on your plant. Or it’s extremely cold where you are and being this close to the window is lower temps than it can tolerate.
This looks more like overwatering than cold damage so I’m going with the former, rather than the latter.
