Peach tree in North Texas, planted in March. Just noticed this damaged area about 3ft up from base with jelly/sap-like substance oozing out. I didn’t see any near the base. I had a plum tree that died from borers last season and the two trees were pretty close to each other while in pots. I also just planted a fig tree about 20ft from this peach and I’m worried it might be next if I don’t yeet out the peach. Appreciate any help
