Hello! I’ve had it for 2 years. I know the pot is too big for it but it’s been growing great this spring. So. When and where to cut? Also this is my cat Goose! She is 5 years old.

Cut it for what?
What? You have tons more time before considering cutting it. Thats a baby plant. Let them grow. Do not support them. The trunk will continue to support itself especially if you give it a little shake daily.
