Sorry about the glass shattering. I for one use only safety glass. I use premade sliding door replacement panels.
I see how folks talk about using old window glass and quite honestly it makes me shudder.
There isn’t a building anywhere which allows for ordinary glass that low. I realize that the green house is not a habitable structure where these code issues would be enforced, but the physics don’t change. Just my $.02 worth
