I’ll be honest, my ability to keep tephros alive has not been good. It’s always been a little shriveled because I’m afraid of overwatering and killing it. It is two inches away from Barria T5 strip lights and gets an abundance of light. I got scared and took it out of its pot to check the roots. The soils was dry. They seem to be okayish. The yellow part gives a little when I press on it but I’m not sure if I need to start cutting into it to save it. What should I do? I overwatered a prized plant and it’s over in the corner drying with sulfur on the cut ends from yesterday. I’m so worried I’ll potentially kill another plant!
