Hello everyone, so five months ago I bought this ficus ginseng bonsai, and at the plant shop where I bought it, they guaranteed that the soil is perfect for it and that it didn't need any repotting anytime soon. And for five months it thrived, it had new leaves growing, everything seemed normal.
However, for the last two weeks, it started acting very strangely and in less than 10 days, it dropped basically all of its leaves, and I'm really unsure about the reason, since no change has happened.
The only notable difference that I've observed in this past time is the fact that we’ve had many more sunny days and it started receiving more hours of direct sunlight every day, about four to six hours each morning, even if I don’t know whether this was the main reason of stress, since at the shop where I bought it I was told that it's OK to keep it by a window.
Now I'm not sure what to do because on some posts I've read that it's okay to leave it as it is and give it just a bit more humidity by spraying water once a day, but on other posts I've read that I should repot it in a more aerated soil and even trim the dried out smaller branches.

(The second photo was taken back in February when it was looking green and healthy)

The tall one in the white pot looks like a Dracaena, not a bonsai — it’ll be fine. The actual bonsai in the patterned pot looks like it’s either completely dormant or dead. The test is simple: scratch a small section of bark on one of the branches with your fingernail — if there’s green underneath it’s alive, if it’s brown and dry all the way through that branch is gone. If the trunk still shows green when scratched there’s a chance it can recover with proper watering and humidity. What’s your watering routine been like?
