The last picture of my peace lily is from Feb, I got it in Jan. I realised it was badly drooping since med April, and it was root rot and the soil turned hydrophobic. There were no roots left, I am trying water propagation since then with filtered water and changing the water everyday. Four new roots grew but two of them turned black so I had to cut them off. Side branches that touch water are turning slimy and dark so I've been trimming/cutting them. There are only two small white roots now.
The plant faces an east facing window and I live in India, hyd. The morning temps are around 30-39C.
Though now the main stem is greener and healthier, it stands up by itself. Will my plant survive?
I also have red soil from aloevera and snake plants at home, will that help if I put the peace lily in there? I love her so much, please help me save her.
