Hi everyone. I’m super new to gardening and this is my first bell pepper plant. I was adding fertilizer to my bell pepper plant and my bell pepper fell off? I cut it open and noticed it looked yucky inside. Should I cut off the others that are growing ? They haven’t grown this past week very much. What happened ?

Could have just gone bad so the plant dropped it. That’ll happen.
Just let them grow
I would not worry about it too much. Sometimes the plants do weird things especially with the first fruits. Unless all the fruits keep doing that I would just be patient and see what the next ones are like.
Whats the weather been like out there? Peppers drop for all kinds of reasons. Too hot. Too cold. Too wet. Too dry. It looks moldy on the inside so I would guess wet and cool? Let the others grow, leave it alone for a couple weeks and only water when it starts to dry out.
Hate to say it but there is a really good possibility the plant just doesn’t like you. Not ever kidding at all, peppers can be temperamental.
