Hello everyone. This is my first time growing zucchini. I started them indoors 3/20. I’m waiting to put them outside after Memorial Day but I’m already getting zucchini on my plant. Do I harvest this or wait? Any helpful advice is much appreciated.

    Harvest it. Nice job, pretty soon you will be trying to give them to your neighbors by the wheelbarrow load. You want to have no zucchini on your plant when you plant it outdoors. It needs to focus on adapting/roots.

    Edit: are you transplanting or just moving the pot outside?

    Eat it!

    Get a dehydrator, slice them thin or grate and press, then dry, then run through the blender. Squash Flour!
