It’s a sucker, but without knowing more about you’re situation I cannot say whether to clip it or not. Generally, I say don’t.
Generally people do not remove suckers on cherry varieties. Most people including myself let them bush out.
do you want fewer tomatoes? if so remove suckers
if you want more tomatoes, support the suckers and let them grow more tomatoes for you
suckers are just additional stems. there’s nothing bad or wrong about them. provide physical support and enjoy 🙂
