I’m trying. I brought mine inside last fall and was able to keep it alive and propagate a cutting. However, it hasn’t bloomed again yet. Hopefully the longer days will help.
Not tuberous begonias specifically but i have kept Bolivian Begonias and Wax Begonias indoors over the winter. If you got the light for it, a tuberous hybrid should be no problem for you.
