I recently bought this philodendron golden dragon. There is a new leaf coming up in the cataphyll but it looks like there are two new buds growing at mid nodes. Am I correct? Should I leave them or chop them?

You could leave them until healthy stems form with aerial roots than chop and propagate ! My philo white knight is doing the same thing
