Should I prune?


This is my first African violet. I’ve had it for about 8 months. It had quite a few blooms. But I moved it to an area with not enough light. I ended up getting a grow light and was seeing my blooms caught under the dense leaves. I trimmed the middle leaves because they were so thick. I don’t see any suckers, but is there a reason the plant is so dense?
