The top of my minima broke off as I was trying to tie it to a stake, how is it going to grow after this? Obviously it’s not going to look the same but is it still going to be able to grow up the stake?
It’s actually not a philodendron, but a rhaphidophora, and it will be just fine! It will just continue to grow from that spot. Hopefully you can propagate the part that broke off.

So that’s technically a Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, most often called a mini monstera. She’s going to grow beautifully. Pretty fast growing and she might even like the fact that she was accidentally broken.

Can you tell me how you can tell the difference between, they look very similar?🫶

It will grow back might but that stake might be too narrow for the aerial roots to attach. Also if you’re growing indoors you’re gonna need very very high humidity for the aerials to attach to wood. This is why most people growing climbing plants indoors, use moss poles instead of wood.
