My neighbor’s beautiful century plant sent up its death stalk about a month ago and was on the verge of blooming before a burst of wind knocked her over. I am heartbroken that she put in all that hard work and never flowered or reproduced. She has her bulbs that never flowered, and I looked for pups around her base but I didn’t see anything. I am only educating myself on all of this since she fell because I want to try to propagate her so she can live on, so I don’t know if any of my terminology is correct.
Can someone please help me to save some of her offspring?

What happened? 😧 Strong winds?
Yes and it’s was for maybe 5 minutes. It breaks my heart, I loved that plant.
To be fair, it still lived up to the name “death stalk.”
