I was gifted these flowers a few days ago and they are already starting to die out. How do I take care of these? TIA!
I left the plant indoors for one day, took it outside another day, and brought it back in doors today. Right now it is near a window. There is no water drainage and we give it water once a day (until it is about moist, about half a cup of water). I can't tell if it's an outdoor plant or indoor.

Hydrangea, outdoor and if you’re going to keep it in a pot it needs a much, much bigger pot
that appears to be a very sad hydrangea. should be planted outdoors in morning sun / relatively protected spot. they are perennials.
oh no, needs a huge pot or to be planted in the ground. if thats the pot u water it in then its definitely not getting enough water. these plants love water
Others have already answered you appropriately but I thought I would add: when you a water plant, it should be soaked through and allowed to drain. If the pot doesn’t have drainage, change it to one that does.
These bitches are thirsty. At work, I sit them in a sink of water for hours. Make sure that soil got all the water it can store.
The flowers will usually bounce back after watering. They are beautiful bushes.
