Hello everyone!
This is my first Pink Princess. I've wanted one for so long, but they were always too expensive in my area. I finally found this one for 10 euros, but she’s not in the best shape.
She needs an immediate repot, and I can also see they’ve chopped some of her leaves in the middle and at the top. I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to chop and propagate the bigger plant? The small one seems okay.
Any advice is welcome!

Everything is in the eye of the beholder. If you like the current form keep it as is, if you wan’t the opportunity to change it up and get even more buddies then chop and prop!
