I've had this burrito for 5 years. Survived thrips.
It used to be one string of 8 cm or so. I laid the fallen parts on the earth.
One strand is starting to become a bit bald now, but the end is sprouting again.
What is the best thing I can do with it now?

I know you should repot, propagate, and probably let it become a hanging plant, but it seems happy so I say let it take over your counter! 🤣

Yes. Bigger pot ( not too big) add the cuttings and any little balls that fall off , and keep doing it every year
