Hello, I’ve had this nepenthes for 6-7 years and for the past year we haven’t had any pitchers.
I repotted last year as it was getting too big for its previous pot. I has 6 stems and watered with rain water. It gets indirect sunlight most of the day. It’s potted in a carnivorous potting mix & sphagnum moss.
I’m hoping that it’s just slowed down cause it’s been moved and it’s been winter (uk). It otherwise seems like it’s healthy. It used to be in a hanging pot but it was getting too big & heavy

More light
I agree with below…more light.
Also…I’m in Canada with a West facing window. 6+ hours direct sun, and I’m only JUST getting my first pitcher.

I grow mine in full direct sun in FL, this looks like Ventrata and is really light hungry. They love light and can turn red/pink w more light.
If your water/soil has too much nitrogen or TDS it can stop them from pitchering. Sometimes old moss can breakdown and cause this.
Also transplanting does cause shock so it might be rooting this year. It looks v healthy.
You can also try misting for humidity.
I see you have it in a water tray. Neps do not like to sit in water. Hanging pots have great airflow and let it dryout a bit.
As this is the first year it isn’t hanging, maybe it’s staying too wet
