Prepped two new garden beds and have now oxalis popping up only in these spots in the garden. It’s nowhere else (yet) What would be the best way knock this on it’s head before it becomes a bigger problem?

Given the time of year and the seemingly limited number of plants. I would dig down to the corms/bulbs and pull them out. Then keep on top of any regrowth over winter and in the spring hit it with a herbicide organic or otherwise.
Pull them out when they reach reproductive stage. All the bulb energy is at a low point and it stops bulb multiplying
