Update regarding the huge euphorbia removed from a home.
1st Pic the original plant.
Follpwed by pics of the largest pieces potted, including the main trunk. I may end up cutting some of those more, but they are good for now.
Pic of the rest I need to pot.
Question, some of the smaller pieces I am going to pot today, but I am not 100% sure which way is up on all of them. If both ends are cut, does it matter? And if it does, is there a way for me to tell which way is up?
Thanks for all of your help!

Nice work! Now you’ve got more friends. For the rest that you need to pot up, try to match the growth patterns/shape of the growth with the ones you’ve already potted or ones that you can see the top/bottom on. The way the spikes grow could also help. Worst case scenario, if you pot a few upside down then those just don’t grow. Luckily you have plenty to work with already. I actually do not know if they would grow from the other orientation, but I would not be surprised if they would. These plants are very hardy and always find a way.
