Haven't grown or taken care of anything green in a longgggg time. Getting back into it slowly so I started with this Jalapeno plant from Walmart. Curious about what this white stuff is? Almost looks like hard water but not sure it wipes off easily.
If anyone has any tips of any kind I'm all ears and wanna learn everything I can.
