This is after turning the water back on after our most recent freeze. I had turned the sprinklers on in late April and we got a cold snap. Northern Colorado
Your bonnet and poppet were likely damaged in the freeze.
Shut off the water. Take it apart and make sure your casing isnt cracked. If so you’re going to need to replace the whole unit. Unlikely as it’s most likely the bonnet and poppet ~$25 part and easy to change.

I did that last year. Get a plumber, not a sprinkler guy. Mine was about $600. Parts are cheap, labor isn’t. Would’ve been more if anything inside the house or downstream in the sprinkler line also broke.
