Dude I know how you feel, I live in the upper floor and we have the front yard for ourself but I can't do anything to it because we have a neighbor with their windows directly on my yard another house on the left stick to ours and another to the right, I can't make the fence taller I can't put garden furniture, I can't even plant much in it as I'm worried someone will steal the stuff.
