I’m in Belfast, Ireland. This pretty decent sized tree has been in the garden since we moved in. It gives clusters of red berries in autumn which tend to hang on the tree for a lot of winter. In late April/ early may it has huge clusters of very fragrant white blossoms. Everything about it suggests cotoneaster but the thing that is throwing me is the leaves seem to be a little serrated which doesn’t match the images I’m seeing online.
Thanks in advance for any help!

.Defo not a Cotoneaster, looks like a crab apple to me
edit: btw if it’s got red berries it’s an ornamental one, probably Malus Red Sentinal or similar.
