I'm guessing these are thrips? Is there anything I shouldn't use on an Obesa? It's on a table with a bunch of other stuff so I will isolate it, but I also don't want to harm it.
I’m having a hard time seeing 100% but it looks more like aphids to me. You can just spray them off with a strong stream of water

Not thrip, more aphid lookin. Spray em off with a hose then routinely spray – “captain jack dead buck brew” capt jack tom & veg” for sprays is what i recommend. Both water based, ive had issues with neem oil before on cacti. Systemic would be overkill. Aphids are easy
If you ever do have some of the more difficult pests like thrips, “diatomaceous earth” is very effective for succulents. A heavy dusting left dry for 2-4 weeks completely nukes em. however, it is a severe respiratory irritant and a proper mask, preferably n95 or even better p100, must be worn and only used outdoors.

I received a couple of obesas recently in the mail and they had loads of aphids. Misted them both with alcohol, cleaned em up with a q tip. A few days later one of them had several more bugs. second cleaning with alcohol, all gone. Pretty easily dealt with compared to other tiny monsters.
