Mites. I had these because of a petite rose bush I insisted on having. Take it into the shower, wash it off (leaves and all). Let it dry. Spray with neem oil. Let it dry. Then repeat that every 3-5 days.

I had mites recently on a calathea and rubber plant and i took them outside, blasted with hose on 3 stream setting.. and because they like dry environment, i bought a mini greenhouse and quarantined them, put a mini humidifier in there, sprayed with insecticide every few days for weeks. It worked they are bouncing back.
Pothos probably enjoy a good shower so it’ll take care of a lot, but insecticide for the eggs!
