[mushrooms](https://planethouseplant.com/why-are-there-mushrooms-growing-on-my-house-plant/) – mushrooms in houseplant soil are harmless to your plant. Because of their life cycle, they may seem to appear overnight. They appear because the conditions were right – usually warm, dark, humid, and moist soil. It’s a harmless fungus. Succulents don’t need to be watered on a schedule or when the soil is dry. The leaves will start to shrivel up when it’s thirsty. Then, soak the soil (bottom watering is awesome for potted succs), and leave it alone.

This one will do better outdoors in full sun but indoor succulents only need to be watered once every couple months.

They also do well in gritty, well draining soil

    Direct sun = outdoors/unobstructed.

Light filtered through a window = indirect light
