Didn't want this to grow wild in my space so
Tried 4 plants in canvas containers last spring. Only 2 survived. Pruned canes in jan/feb and Im happy I have some fruit! Will they keep multiplying? Will I have to keep it pruned all season to keep them under control? Or do I give away to someone in the country who has space to let them do their thing?

How do they taste? I just bought some of these myself. First raspberry plants for me, so I am trying to figure it out too.

Those remind me of my childhood. We picked and picked and had the best berry pies.

Just a gentle tug.  When they are ripe they pop right off with little pressure.  You won’t have any red or purple ones.  If you are having to really pull, they aren’t ripe.

Black raspberries are such a top tier snack. I’ll never forget enjoying some toast with black raspberry jam on top.
