Could be an iron deficiency. Check pH if you’ve got a kit or if not just give it some trace elements and see if that fixes it – then check pH if it doesn’t get better

It will be a micronutrient deficiency. Just note sure which one. From memory, none of the things you’ve been using has micro-nutrients..
Did you add any extra lime in the mix? It has an iron deficiency. Test the pH of the soil, its likely too alkaline and will need correcting. Iron chelates will help
