This is my first terrarium build. It has been doing well and everything has been established and growing for about 6 months. After adding more springtails to it last month by pouring small amounts of water from my springtail container in it this mold developed over night and will not go away. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to scrap and start over?

Terrariums go through all sorts of various cycles constantly. It will balance itself out. Remove any large clumps of mold, but otherwise don’t worry too much. That mold usually comes and goes in large quantities. It’ll show up overnight, be around for a day or two, and then disappear. If it stays for longer then you’ve got a problem. Just go easy on water, give it a little airflow, and let the springtails do what they do
If you can actually remove some, it’ll be less for the springtails to eat and be quicker. Otherwise they should take care of it over time
This isn’t a very harmfull mold, you can remove some with tweezers the rest is for the springtails
Add in some springtails! They’re tiny insects that eat the mold! Isopods are also nice to pair with them!
