A couple months ago I made a post about how to get her off this moss pole and got lots of advice but eventually decided to wait a bit longer and see where it goes. Now she's so large that I had to put her on the floor because it would have been a hazard to keep her up on my large stand. Unfortunately she has been deteriorating since. She has already lost the two bottom leafs completely and the next leafs are starting to yellow.

My guess is either it's because the bottom leafs are barely getting any light, or she has thrips again but I couldn't see any bugs or poo on the leafs so who knows.

So, after weeks of consideration, I decided to cut her up to start anew. I'm gonna try to leave the top 4-5 leafs together (anyone tell if this is a good idea or not please) and make smaller props out of the rest of them and give them to friends or sell them. I've had good experience with water propagation so I'll try that for now.

Advice is always welcome as I'm really really nervous to kill my favorite plant.

Wish me luck.
