Some of my outdoor pots have these small little creatures (one with lots of legs, and one looks like tiny termites). Is this smt I should concern/deal with ? They get plenty of sun. There are some birds who love sitting on my balcony and hangout around the pots
Also my avocado suddenly develop some brown spots in the middle of the leaves. Any idea why ? It doesn’t look like heat problem. I water them every other day. I live in the tropical
Thank you!

The bugs are some kind of millipede, they are friends. Your avocado leaves look scorched, maybe water sat on the leaves while the sun was hitting them or a reflection from a window?
The leggy one is a centipede. It’s body is flatter then a millipede and the legs stick out to the side. It is, however, still a friend. Centipedes are predators and keep other insect populations in check. Definitely beneficial. The one with wings hanging on the side of the pot looks like a fungus gnat to me. I couldn’t see it very clearly.
Edit: I just looked at the first picture again, and that’s quite a few togt. Many centipede mothers care for their young, so I wonder if it’s a freshly matured brood. If so then that’s really quite neat.
