Nothing too fancy but I’ve found the best way to get veggies into toddlers is letting them pick them themselves. Winecap mushroom, miner’s lettuce, goosefoot.

Tbh that’s the best way to get me to eat mine too

I eat more veggies these days because I grow them myself. So this tracks.

My toddler loved grabbing and eating nasturtium leaves last year. Kiddo loves greens.

Looks beautiful, but that leafy vegetable is not miner’s lettuce (Claytonia). Are you sure you know what it is?

ETA: Okay the more visible leafy stuff is the goosefoot, which is good to eat, and there are a few miner’s lettuce leaves hidden in there.

Did the toddler actually eat the vegetables? That’s great! I hope you have peas planted, since little kids usually love those.
