I have a raspberry plant that I have been trying to keep watered and in full sun. The tag said to water every 2-3 days. I had to be somewhere for 2 days, so I made sure the soil was nice and watered. I came back and mow the leaves are crispy. The stems are green and seem to still be alive and flexible next to the leaves and the stalks. What can I do to help save this plan? My other plants are doing just fine.

Water it. Then move it to somewhere significantly less sunny and see what perks up in the next few days. My raspberries get morning sun and afternoon shade. Yours look like it just fried in the sun.
Really should be in the ground if at all possible. Don’t water on a schedule. Pots dry out fast especially in full sun. It may need to be watered more often than every 2 or 3 days.

Get it into full shade or just late afternoon sun. Let it recover for a week, move it to a spot that has few more hours of sun for a week.
Then transfer it to the spot you permanently want it.
Those nursery pots are supposed to be temporary as soon as you get it home you are supposed to plant it.
Small pots dry out quickly,
Submerge soak the entire pot in a bucket whilst you go out & dig a hole & fill it with a bag of rich compost water the hole & plant it.
Water it twice a day till it comes back
Buy some Superthrive ( Seasol) and water it at 1/2 strength weekly for the next 2 months
