Finally have blooms to help with ID. Also, can I separate some of the bottom stalks and pot for indoor planting or new outdoor locations? Any good recommendations on YouTube for this?

If you are a beginner and purchased your orchid at a grocery store, more than likely it is of the genus Phalaenopsis. Most common orchids, especially Phalaenopsis, are hybrids and it is difficult or impossible to identify the name. This isn’t to say your orchid can’t be identified. In many cases, it might be possible to somewhat identify the parents of your orchid.

They only bloom with plenty of sun, they thrive outdoors in full sun for me in Florida. I have one under the shade and it has never bloomed even though it looks a lot better than the one that has. They divide very easily, I like dividing at least three pseudobulbs at a time and they always thrive. Mine are all mounted , canโ€™t give advice on potting these nor have I seen them being sold potted

Myrmecophila tibicinis or something like it? Probably separate new divisions with at least 2-3 bulbs, mount to some bark slab or something.
