The first picture looks like a trichodiadema, trichodiadema densum pershaps?[](https://planetdesert.com/products/trichodiadema-densum)
First Pic is some sort of ice plant
Second Pic is some sort of aeonium
Second pic is Aeonium ‘Salad Bowl’ 😊
