Hi guys! Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?? The leaves seem to be turning yellow and maybe getting splotchy. Also the ends are turning colors. She is indoor in a room with skylight ceiling (first 2 pics), so plenty of sunlight. I only water when the top soil gets dry. I have googled and maybe she’s upset about the tap water? I just want to make sure it doesn’t look like disease from the way the leaves look.

Have you checked closely for pests? If you look at the place where the leaves meet the stem, is there webbing or tiny specks?
