I through it was supposed to be darker and shimmering but the guy said that’s because it was in a high light environment. If it’s actually B. Pavonina, advices are welcome!
i cant really tell from the pics, especially since it only has one leaf. he is right though that the leaves will be a paler green in high light. if you want the blue iridescence on begonias they have to be grown in very low light

This looks like it might be a Pavonina. Try taking a picture in the dark with the flash but of that darker leaf. I had to make a post about my iridescent begonia taconite because she lost her shimmer overtime because of too much light
It looks a lot like my pavoninas but the way it looks waxy/shiny looks like it’s maybe super thirsty? Unless the leaf has recently gotten wet. But shape and color are spot on for a pavonina that’s been in higher light circumstances.
