First time incubating and this is where the gosling externally pipped. But the air cell is traced with pencil up top.

Can someone help me with what I should do, if anything? I’m afraid it’s not okay because it’s not in the air cell area.

    It’ll be fine. Leave them in there after they hatch until they’re dry. While in there they bump around the other eggs it they can, don’t worry about that either.

    Edit you also want to avoid opening the incubator right now. That membrane in the egg can dry out and get hard for them to break out
