Closing at start of June hopefully after an accepted offer, and wondering if anything can be done to revive this grape vine? First two photos from just over a year ago, to current state now. Did they just get neglected, cut back? Didnt realize they were thriving so much just a year ago! 🫣 located in southern ID climate wise. Are they just toast?

I have absolutely no clue whatsoever as to how to care for them so any advice is appreciated!
Grape will lose its leaves and die back a little bit in the autumn and come back to life again in spring, especially in an area that gets very cold with snow.
